Crystal Fountains is looking for a Customer Success Technician to join its dynamic team in Toronto (Vaughan), Ontario, who will be reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor.
The Design Manager is responsible for championing the design process within our design studio and ensuring a superior customer experience for our targeted clients. This involves day-to-day resourcing and scheduling, ensuring that the appropriate resources are assigned to meet the needs of each client project, on time and on budget.
