Project Coordinator

*Key Responsibilities:**

Fountain Solutions Information Fulfillment
 Enhance the depth, quality, and accuracy of information crucial for customers to materialize their fountain
designs.
 Ensure comprehensive design information to support our customers' needs.
Fountain Engineering
 Improving the Crystal Fountains Consultancy business model – Working in collaboration with President –
Global Business development and others, play a senior role in helping to (1) root cause the systemic issues
in Crystal’s Consultancy model, (2) develop a plan and path towards resolution and (3) execute on that plan.
 Assist in Consultancy Planning and Metrics – Support CFT in the planning, forecasting of Middle Eastern
Consultancy work while collaborating in the development and use of metrics and analysis tools to improve
the efficiency and quality of Consulting work.

Customer Engagement and Project Management
 Consultancy Client Management (CM) – Client Management of Crystal’s Middle Eastern design consultancy
projects. Be the main point of contact for our clients through the design process and be the liaison with
Creative Operations and Engineering Design based in Toronto (CFT).
 Project Management (PM) – Promptly and accurately identify customer requirements, negotiate reasonable
deadlines for deliverables, coordinate design deliverables that will be led by CFT, identify problems before
they arise, minimize scope creep, manage contracts, invoicing, and collections.
 Effectively manage project specifications, schedule, resource planning, and custom component design and
engineering

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:**
 +7 years of mechanical and electrical engineering experience in an MEP contractor environment,
consultancy experience is also welcomed.
 Undergraduate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
 +5 years of Engineering Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
 Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
 Ability to develop key metrics for engineering and maintain disciplined focus on KPI data.
 Experience in leading and managing change within an organization.
 Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and demonstrated leadership skills.
