CRYSTAL FOUNTAINS APPOINTS KIRK TOBIAS AS INCOMING CEO

Crystal Fountains, a leader in the commercial water feature industry, will commemorate its 60th anniversary in 2026 by undertaking a pivotal strategic investment in its future through the appointment of Kirk Tobias as its incoming Chief Executive Officer (CEO). 

Mr. Tobias is a respected executive with over 30 years of extensive leadership experience as a CEO and President across diverse manufacturing, technology, consulting and industrial sectors. Mr. Tobias will initially assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Crystal Fountains, effective August 1, 2025, and will then transition to CEO in 2026. This significant leadership transition coincides with Paul L’Heureux’s appointment as Chairman, marking the culmination of his remarkable 50+ year career with the company.  

Mr. Tobias will collaborate closely with Darcy L’Heureux, the company’s President, whose leadership and industry insights have been instrumental in shaping Crystal Fountains’ market presence and operational successes over the last fifteen years. Their combined expertise will be foundational as they steer the company into its sixth decade of operation; Kirk’s experience in building and scaling organizations will provide a catalyst when combined with Darcy’s extensive market and industry experience, creating a very capable leadership partnership.
